Small Businesses vs. Large Businesses

Do you shop at small businesses or shop with large businesses. Example: Walmart and Amazon. If not, why and what would small businesses need to do to get you back as a customer? Example would you be willing to shop with them if they made it readily available to for you to shop on-line?
