Judith spent her career in the government sector as a highly skilled knowledge expert, Operational Analyst. After retiring she decided to transition the experience and skills used over the past thirty-one and open a business as a management consultant to small businesses.
During her career she has developed out and managed four business process units. Assessed department workflow and provided recommendations. Delivered excellent customer service by managing complex and escalated complaints. Worked on a thirteen-year project to roll out a new computer data base for five thousand employees. Knowledge expert in application of policy and procedures in federal and state level and computer data management.
Judith is a proven leader in her community. She is a member of community organizations where she holds office as president, treasurer, secretary, and executive director. Her passion for small businesses began years ago and over the years she has volunteered and worked with small businesses in the local community. She learned about the challenges and problems small business experience in keeping up with technology, training, customer service delivery, and the forever and inevitable changing climate of the business world. This placed her in a unique position to learn to grow, adapt, and to teach others. As a subject matter expert, she can bring a unique perspective to solving difficult business problems.
Judith has a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Graduate Certification in Community Development from Grassroots Institute. Certified in Meeting Facilitation, Change Management, Mediation & Negotiation, Time Management, and Customer Service Delivery from the Florida Department of Revenue. She is certified in Leadership from Alpha Kappa Alpha Institute. Certified in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from USF MUMA. Certified in Project Management from Coursera.

Mr. Williams is a JD WMS Diversity Group consultant with 20 years of business experience and 10 years of experience in Human Resource. 8 years of personnel management experience with McDonalds. 6 years of experience in retail with MACY’s. He is responsible for providing guidance in implementing human resource strategy for selecting, developing, and managing workforce ready to support entrepreneurs as they seize opportunities to gain experience and reach new markets. He has a proven history in directing organizational efficiency, productivity improvement, and compliance in EEO policies. He provides guidance in human resource policy, recruitment, employee development, retention, strategic workforce planning, performance management, compensation, leave administration, labor & employee relations, work/life, benefits, and HR IT systems.
Mr. Williams holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Argosy University, Sarasota Fl. Master of Business Administration from Argosy University, Sarasota, Fl. Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Johnson & Wales University, North Miami FL. His educational foundation is in business law, regulations, policy, and procedures.
