Inga Charles a native Floridian has been in the Sarasota Newtown community cooking up her famous Fish & Grits since 1998.

For the past five years she has hosted “Give Back Friday” in the Manatee and Sarasota communities. Friday is the day community members receives free fish and grits until it is gone.
